Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a tendinopathy of the common extensor tendon at the outer elbow, causing pain on gripping and lifting. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Aydın treats tennis elbow with ultrasound-guided PRP injection as a first-line biological option — and arthroscopic or mini-open debridement for cases failing conservative treatment.
